Network/Voice Manager
Location:Houston, TX (Belway 8 and Downtown)
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:
Cisco/Avaya Voice Experience – Currently all Avaya but moving to Cisco
Leader type/personality with ample understanding of the technology
Fundamental knowledge of UCCE and CUCM
Former TCOM engineer or analyst that has converted to manager
Contact center or call center management, Calabrio or similar tool
Architecture and Design understanding, not looking for an architect, just the understanding of the architecture
Cloud integration/voice interops – upgrading conference rooms to support Teams, Zoom, WebEx
KEY is Avaya to CISCO migration skills
Heavy CISCO voice experience
Able to deal with and manage a team in a transformational environment – moving for Avaya to CISCO has some folks a little on edge
STRONG interpersonal Skills – ability to influence via a TEAMING approach vs directive approach
