Adobe Campaign developer

POSITION SUMMARY
As an Adobe Campaign Developer for Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for executing against high-performing promotions and cross channel marketing programs. You will play a key role in the development of our client-centric and automated communication, with a focus on personalization and client loyalty. You will coordinate and lead campaign development by using CRM and data-driven insights. In this role, you will help support the development of the campaign scenarios.
 
YOU'RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL...:
  • Drive and facilitate  cross channel campaigns orchestration, automation and scaling
  • Gather requirements, create design specs, build campaigns, and facilitate reviews, testing and deployments for successful audience creation
  • Uncover potential data gaps around related to new campaigns or campaign enhancements
  • Review campaigns design specs and builds by your peers, with a focus on campaign flow, channel selection, and touch-point timing
  • Brainstorm with Adobe Campaign Dev peers to share best practices and help improve efficiency
  • Perform extensive testing, create queries to extract and validate segment data and sizing
  • Work with channel partners to timely deliver audience creation lists (test, prod) enabling omnichannel campaigns
  • Partner and cooperate with CRM, Promo, IT, Analytics and SCRUM teams, and 3rd party vendors
  • Evaluate and minimize risk to the applications
  • Support Retention Marketing with special projects and initiatives
 
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
  • 1+ year of hands on Adobe Campaign experience or 3+ years of marketing campaign development experience on a tool equivalent to Adobe Campaign
  • Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
  • Must have worked on omnichannel marketing such as email, mobile push and site
  • Experience with personalized promotions and/or lifecycle marketing
  • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
 
2) Skills:
  • Adobe Campaign, Version Control Systems (Git), SQL, Javascript
