Top Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop, Deliver and support UCCE Applications, ICM and CVP scripting development/ and routing for call center treatment and voice services
- UCCE 8.5-12.x Migration testing and support
- Support CUIC reporting
- CUSP and Voice Gateway configuration and routing for voice services
- Technical Documentation and training for engineers and end users
Skills a Top Candidate Should Have:
- Experience with upgrades and migrations to 12.x is required
- End User support experience
- Business Requirement and design experience
Desired Skills:
- Experience with UCCE services in Healthcare Industry
Soft Skills:
