- 7+ years of experience with Development/support of complex DWBI application
- Offshore lead role which involves leading and managing all BI (MicroStrategy) related support activities along with onsite/offshore coordination
- Expertise in MicroStrategy Reports, Documents, Cubes, dashboard support.
- Experienced in MicroStrategy suite of toolset (Architect, Desktop, Web) and exposure to MicroStrategy Dashboard and Scorecards is add on.
- Experience with maintenance of Teradata jobs.
- Experience with Teradata or Oracle DB
- Associate would be responsible for maintaining the existing Data Warehousing system.
- Supporting Reporting applications and solutions using MicroStrategy in a large environment including interactive/dynamic dashboards
- Advanced BI and Analytics applications using MicroStrategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with APAC Customer and knowledge in banking domain
- Need to closely interact with the Business users to understand the issues.

- Good presentation & communication skills.
- Able to coordinate with other technical teams
- To be able to work with accuracy and in a timely manner.
