Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications: • Over five years’ experience as a cyber security engineer and providing level 2 and level 3 support. • Experience providing more advanced adds/moves/changes to the firewall/security/network infrastructure. • Execute Network Firewall deploy – weekly changes • Support external team’s changes, ensuring Network Security infrastructure is not impacted • Support internal changes as Checker or Release Specialist o Provide troubleshooting support for network firewall business requests & Cyber Security o Perform low-high impact changes as requested o Use Remedy for change management activities (open, update, and close tickets) • Experience providing Network Security Firewall Incident/problem management (Level 2/3 Support) • When engaged via Remedy incident, work to identify problems and to restore services • Provide problem, root-cause and prevention plan input as required • Use Remedy for Incident management activities (open, update and close tickets) • Respond to infrastructure alerts, identify issues and restore services as necessary • PAN experience including advanced PAN cyber security features. application, user and internet protection, • Experience with IDS/IPS • Cyber Security Defense Center (CRDC) support: o Monitor high-risk security issues o Run basic reports in Splunk and provide output to the KP day shift staff Experience with the following infrastructure products: • Palo Altos, Models are; 5060's 7050's, 3020's, 3050's • M-100 Log collectors • M-100 Panoramas • Cisco 5585x RAS and IPSEC B2B Firewalls • 5520's RAS/PCI • FWSMs and ASA's • Juniper/ Pulse Secure, MAG 6611m, SM_360 Modules, CM-060 modules, SM-160 module |
