Job Description
 
  • Need Experience with Cisco products
  • Cisco Router command-line /Switches
  • Identify and diagnose problems and escalate to a higher tier support groups, service providers or other support staff as necessary
  • Thorough understanding of customer issues includes; routing, prioritizing, troubleshooting to resolution
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN network issues
  • Knowledge of Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco wireless and LAN controllers are a plus
  • Cisco Network/Voice certification is a plus
