Windows Server Administration, Office 365
  • Managing and maintaining Windows Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NPS, Group Policy, and RAIDUS
  • Deploying and managing virtualization technologies (VMWare)
  • Managing end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices
  • Implement, design and maintain support for Office 365 and related technologies, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, Skype for Business, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
  • Manage and maintain Directory Synchronization, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business and Azure AD
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Mail-flow, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance.
  • Managing and maintaining TrendMicro hosted email security for Anti-spam, Anti-malware filter
  • Managing and maintaining Symantec endpoint protection and Advanced Threat protection servers
Networking Administration
  • Monitoring network performance and integrity
  • administration of Network devices like Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Unifi Wi-Fi access points, configuring VPN tunnels
  • Monitor and co-ordinate with ISPs/Hosting providers for Router/IP
