UCCE Engineer/Application Consultant Requirements:
Strong on Avaya
Strong on UCCE
24/7 cloud IVR (only using as a DB)
Hands on experience with IVR and UCCE call flow routing (Looking for someone that has several years experience not a junior level)
SBC (Boarder control)- Call routing
3rd app consultant What experience do you have in that environment?
Strong understanding of dynamic routing
Strong understanding of precision queues
Strong understanding of databases as related to ICM.
Document call flows, dynamic routing, precision routing, and reporting
CUIC report knows what is on standard reports
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work with a team
Visio creation from templates
Good working knowledge of Avaya (Scripting)
Genesys knowledge (good to have, not a must have)
REST API understanding a plus
