Engagement Manager

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our growing team!

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Interact with clients to understand their IT and engineering needs
  • Educate clients about MatchPoint’s IT and engineering solutions
  • Plan internal hiring needs to meet project needs and deadlines
  • Manage and motivate internal team
  • Constantly seek new methods to improve quality of customer service
  • Maintain sound knowledge and understanding of current methodologies, technologies, services and tools
  • Own client relationships, manage client expectations and provide clients with a great experience
  • Managing client escalations to ensure timely resolution
  • Networking
  • Minimum of 2 years technical management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding of IT and engineering concepts
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication
  • Team player, driven to be successful and high work ethic
