We are looking for a few people who want to be in recruiting and sales and have the drive to be successful.

IT Recruiter/Account Manager
  • Identify and screen applicants for current openings using various recruiting search engines and networking.
  • Create a database of qualified candidates
  • Attend job fairs and network through sites like LinkedIn
  • Develop recruiting strategies
  • Negotiate Salaries and work with HR for on boarding
  • Help Manage Clients/ Accounts
  • Network and prospect to develop new business
  • Work in a team environment
  • 6 months – 2 years of recruiting experience (preferably for IT positions)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in sales, marketing or business/communications)
  • Experience searching job boards such as: Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
  • Experience using social media for recruiting and/or sales
  • Competitive and aggressive personality with strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interacting with candidates at all levels
  • Experience managing accounts and developing strong relationships with clients
  • New Business Development experience preferred
