Uber for Business builds products to make Client the default choice for their business transportation needs at the employee and company level. This includes everything from our business platform that allows that allows companies to easily adopt Client for their business travel needs, to features like Business Profiles which make business travel more seamless for our millions of riders, and Client CENTRAL that enables businesses to provide rides for their customers.
You’ll be on the ground building the infrastructure for bringing businesses to Client while developing and testing new strategies around customer experience. We need a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment.
The Sales Process & Order Management team is a critical component of sales operations at Client. As an Order Management analyst, you expect to spend the majority of your supporting the global sales force in onboarding customers efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for provisioning customers as well as coordinating with FinOps, Sales, and Operations to serve new companies & welcome them to Client.
What you’ll do:
  • Provision and set up new customer accounts on Client for Business
  • Execute systems changes that improve operations for the sales organization
  • Analyze open orders to ensure any and all obstacles are removed to allow for on time delivery to & provisioning of our customers
  • Audit & reconcile mismatches between customer accounts and CRM records
  • Be an expert in Client’s CRM and ERP systems
What you’ll need:
  • Experience in a similar position is a plus (order management, financial operations, or sales operations in an enterprise B2B company)
  • Experience developing customer care strategies and systems best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google for Work products
  • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle
