The Data and Optimization Product Management team is building the future of Personalization & Optimization to build out our CRM and Optimization programs at client. Client is looking for a candidate who will be responsible for driving personalized CRM tests end-to-end with cross-functional teams to drive great experiences for our clients.
 
This position requires a background in Adobe  Testing with experience in omni-channel retail. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear optimization & targeting vision. This position is a highly visible role across marketing, personalization, product management, IT, business and UX.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Key product leader with experience in owning a Personalized CRM and Optimization programs and can deliver meaningful client experiences and business growth
  • Partner closely with key cross-functional teams across the enterprise to identify client personalization, CRM growth, and targeting to impact our overarching enterprise goals
  • Evolve client personalization performance KPIs, diagnostics and the evangelism to key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Prioritize and deliver on concurrent initiatives for optimal business and client impact
  • Drive continual personalization and optimization improvements to inform the product roadmap with new ideas based on targeting and optimization programs
  • Drive experimentation & optimization with a clear vision of how to measure business and client impacts
  • Pro-actively monitor industry trends in testing, personalization, analytics, including new capabilities, technology vendors and tools
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ Years Technical Product Manager ( Adobe Target)
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solver, and attention to detail with working knowledge of A/B, multivariate, targeting and testing methodology and tools including: Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign; Recommendation engines (Target, Certona), and Audience Manager a plus
  • Strong understanding around segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Compelling storyteller with experience communicating concepts and ideas to leadership, product, IT and business teams
  • Leader with communication and negotiation skills and the ability to partner both with business and technical teams
  • Motivated self-starter, with an ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to operate effectively without close supervision
  • Proven multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize, meet critical deadlines while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners
  • Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and needs
Other desired skills & experience
  • Experience with attribution tools (VIQ), sas, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience with Martech tools and systems: DMP, DSPs, Liveramp, Tapad, Adserver, Signal (TMS), ESPs (Epsilon), etc.
  • Working knowledge of basic statistics and hypothesis testing
  • Experience with SQL databases and SQL
