Primary job role will be to image laptops via SCCM, processing COR and reclaim tickets, setting up phones for new hires, moving users to new cubes. Secondary role will be to support onsite technicians. This could include taking phone calls or responding to emails. Phone calls/emails will consist of level 1 support. Level 1 can be described as password resets and general “how to” conversations.
