Locations: Walnut Creek with occasional travel to San Francisco, CA – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY
Duration: 6-9 months
Scope of the current project: (SAP experience is not required for this role – this is just the scope of the project.  Candidate requirements/responsibilities below.)
EES Phase 2
  • Work with Business team on defects and enhancements (about 500) from phase 1.
Candidate should be willing to review defects in HPQC and work with business SME’s and developers, and testers.
  • 4 brand new applications will be developed in SAP
Candidate should be able to gather business requirements and develop functional and non functional requirements and process flows
  • 1 reporting engine in SAP
Candidate should be able to gather business requirements and develop functional and non functional requirements and process flows
  • Extracting data from SAP ECC to SAP BI
**Majority of the time will be spent in Walnut Creek. They may have to go to SF GO office once or twice a week. Remainder of the week in Walnut Creek.
Primary Responsibilities/Requirements
  • Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements based on Business Requirements, interviews with SME's, and Prototypes.
  • MUST HAVE - Excellent speaking ability (he/she will be hosting multiple calls a day) Clear voice and have confidence to speak with 15-20 people on the phone.
  • The calls may start as early as 8:00 A.M. They are currently happening at 7:30 A.M. (We will change that time)
  • Be able to request for updates from different people.
  • Take notes, create/update daily-weekly reports
  • Be willing to listen to the client even if they have a high tone
  • Let the business team and vendor developers communicate with each other (take good notes)
  • Local candidate living in the tri-valley area (San Ramon, Dublin, Livermore, maybe even Freemont)
  • Experience working with and supporting stakeholders
  • Webex experience
  • Good knowledge of using MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • HP Quality Center experience
  • Ability to save files and extract files from SharePoint
**Candidates will be required to bring a sample functional/ non-functional requirements sample that they wrote in one of their past projects. Please remove all client information so there are no confidentiality issues.
**The focus is on functional and non-functional requirements. These candidates need to know how to write requirements based on SME interview, Prototypes, and business requirements.
