The HR Administrator will facilitate the processing of HR and other related documents. This position will provide critical support to the HR department in various human resource areas.
* Support employee onboarding, changes and offboarding
* Prepare HR documentation (e.g. offer letters and new hire paperwork)
* Assist with maintaining employee files
* Filing personnel documents, contracts, work orders and more
* Coordinate with new vendors
* Generate subcontractor agreements
* Prepare correspondence and reports (e.g. emails, memos, HR reports)
* Assist in coordinating post-offer screenings (e.g. drug screenings and background checks)
* Provide general administrative support
* Excellent written communication skills
* Strong computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Docs
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to follow through and meet deadlines
* Highly organized
