The level 3 Technical Support technician is responsible for support, troubleshooting and installation of IT infrastructure equipment. This can consist of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, servers, and networking equipment in the environment. Requires experience working directly with customers and other support personnel. Responsible for local coordination, installation and ongoing support of various Manufacturing and Administrative computer systems. Very strong knowledge of Cisco Networking and Windows environment is required.

All L2 and L3 contractors are expected to work shifts on a monthly rotation. (Example: Jan=Shift 1, Feb=Shift 4, Mar=Shift 5, Apr=Shift 1)
Contractors will rotate monthly, and will likely be working Shifts 1,4 & 5 as seen below:

24x5 shift support
Shift 1: 5:30am - 2:15pm
Shift 4: 1:30pm - 10:15pm
Shift 5: 9:30pm - 6:15am
