Translates, develops and maintains written content including system documentation, marketing and sales collateral for both internal and external clients. Works with subject matter experts, project leaders and writers to ensure the equivalent expression in the target language best conveys the literal and implied meaning of the source language. 
Provides interpretation for clients via telephone, web conferencing or in person during on site visits.Builds base knowledge by assisting with the translation and maintenance of less complex system documentation, legal documents, business specifications, websites, and request for proposals (RFPs) to convey the literal and implied meaning of the source language for both marketing and sales collateral. Gathers research and participates in analyzing documents for internal clients to recommend changes and relevant information needed to ensure thorough comprehension, accurate translation of content and best method for presenting data to the client (i.e. tables, graphics, scenarios, bulleted lists, videos, or animated graphics). 
Assist with the review and production of content drafts to internal clients and incorporate feedback into finished documentation with proper translation. Begins to test new products during the planning phase using online test application scenarios to identify what is applicable when developing procedures. Assists with the research and documentation of specific cultural context, product-specific or industry-specific elements and internal document standards to begin to build base understanding and ensure consistency between locales. Converts simple technical concepts in the source language to equivalent concepts in the target language. Assists in translating simple and less technical conversations for clients on site, by phone or through web conferencing to deliver spoken messages accurately, quickly and clearly. 
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Typically No Relevant Experience Required - Must pass company fluency test. Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp - Translating, copywriting, technical writing, content development. Financial industry or financial technology services industry experience preferred 
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE - Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
JOB COMPLEXITY - Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision-making.
